SACRAMENTO, Calif.—Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and LiCAP Technologies, Inc. have entered into a formal strategic partnership to accelerate innovation in electric vehicle (EV) battery manufacturing. The collaboration will integrate LiCAP’s proprietary dry electrode technology, designed to eliminate volatile organic compounds and other hazardous substances from the production process.
This initiative aligns with Nissan’s long-term sustainability objectives, aiming to improve manufacturing efficiency, minimize environmental impact, and establish new industry benchmarks for advanced energy storage solutions.
